Refund Policy

We accept returns only in exceptional cases, as each Abstrucque piece is a one-of-a-kind handmade creation, crafted individually with its own natural details and artistic imperfections.

Please note that minor irregularities in texture, color, or form are part of the creative process and are not considered defects.

Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original, unbroken packaging together with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns will not be accepted if the packaging is damaged, opened, or altered in any way.

How to Request a Return

If your request is accepted, we will provide the return instructions and the designated return address.

Please note:
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@abstrucque.com with clear photos of the issue.
We will review each case individually and provide a suitable solution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Because of their unique nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalized creations

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
However, this right applies only if the item is returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition with intact packaging.
